Collections in my Credit Report I did not know about it

I did not know I had 2 collections in my credit report. Mi ex took our daughters to the hospital (just to show he is a responsible father because It was nothing major I never knew about it until I saw my credit report, later I asked my older daughter, she confirmed that 1 was bleeding from her nose and the other one dont remember, well the bill came out with only my name n his address but since we have divorce in process he did not mentioned anything to me (of course he does not care) when I found1 of the bills in his car I called the OC they told me How I was going to pay, 1 of the girls had Medicaid at the time so just gave all the info to the lady on the phone from OC (did not know about pay for delete) I paid the smallest 1 for 483.00 the other 1 was for 903.00 but I had in my credit Report 1 for 483.00 n the other 1 for 203.00 I disputed it bout with CRA they deleted the 203.00 but came back with the 483.00 being verified when thats the one I paid to OC what should I do? Asking the CA to Validate the account (they will not find any documents sign by me cause I was never present) or pay for delete, I would really not pay for it cause I'm i a bad situation right now. Please any advice?

If he took them the bill should be in his name. If this is true then it should be on his report and not yours. I would ask to see the original bill and see who signed it.
