I had a student loan that has been recently taken off my credit report because it was past the statue of limitations time for my state. Several collection agencies were contacting me before it was taken off but my attorney sent them letters stating they could no longer contact me and why. My concern is that several years from now the collection agencies or student loan company can begin contacting me again about this and report it again on my credit report. Can anyone whether they are the original creditor or collection agency report the same information on my credit report again?

No, they legally can't. It's important to monitor your credit often though to make sure they don't try. If they do, simply dispute it right away and maybe send them a letter letting them know that it's illegal. Or you could just take them to small claims court.
