 Confused need help please
Okay ladie and gents, I read somewhere I do NOT have to pay a collection agency a cent more than what I owe the original creditor. I owe $117.00 to the orignial creditor but the collection agency wants me to pay almost double that. They say its late fees and interest. Any answer would be appriciated.  |

Hmm, I don't know about that. Can you find where you read it? I would try to negotiate with them and get them to delete it (pay for delete), if it's a debt that you owe. You can also ask for debt validation.
