Need help with a letter for CRA

Hi all,
I was just wondering if you knew what to put in the letter that goes to the CRB's. I sent out my validation letter to the CA and they got it. So I wanted to do the next step and wondered what I put in the letter to the CRB's. I looked in the forum and found the letters to the CA but nothing for the CRB's. Thanks in advance for the help.
