Default Disability Income info request

Hi

I have been fighting a fraudulent loan years and now it seem they might be trying to serve me via certified mail. My only income is Child Support, SSI and an industrial-disabilty benefit, which I know are all none garnishable. I have contested the issue form the get go, the SSN number is not mine though name is...

But I also know my banks ignore letters stating such unless the proper codes are in place. What exactly are the codes I can use in my letters to my banks in regards to my direct deposits of the afore-mentioned, or do I just need to stop all my direct deposits all together? ( The child support one is impossible to stop though...)

Additionally, I have no assets at all, other than a 1968 non-op vehicle that I own joint title to with my oldest son and my total disability incomes and child support below 135% poverty level when totaled.

Thanks so kindly for your help in advance.

Wow.....I honestly have no idea about codes... You would probably have better luck asking the bank about that.

Who exactly is trying to serve you? a CA? Have they ever contacted you prior to this?
If you are fighting a case of fraud, have you contacted your state's Attorney General? The FTC?

File a police report on the fraud, because it has your name, unless it's an unusual name doesn't make it yours, but i would do as Trish says and use the legal system.
