Hi I have been fighting a fraudulent loan years and now it seem they might be trying to serve me via certified mail. My only income is Child Support, SSI and an industrial-disabilty benefit, which I know are all none garnishable. I have contested the issue form the get go, the SSN number is not mine though name is... But I also know my banks ignore letters stating such unless the proper codes are in place. What exactly are the codes I can use in my letters to my banks in regards to my direct deposits of the afore-mentioned, or do I just need to stop all my direct deposits all together? ( The child support one is impossible to stop though...) Additionally, I have no assets at all, other than a 1968 non-op vehicle that I own joint title to with my oldest son and my total disability incomes and child support below 135% poverty level when totaled. Thanks so kindly for your help in advance. |

Wow.....I honestly have no idea about codes... You would probably have better luck asking the bank about that.Who exactly is trying to serve you? a CA? Have they ever contacted you prior to this? If you are fighting a case of fraud, have you contacted your state's Attorney General? The FTC?
