Pressler and Pressler!!! HELLP!

Is anyone familiar with the company Pressler and Pressler? They are a collection agency based in NJ, and apparently partaking in some very questionable practices, and also some down right illegal. I guess about 3 months ago they filed a judgement against my sister for an old medical bill they must have purchased. And when I say old I mean 1990! Long story short she never went to court, and today she finds out there is a $486 freeze on her checking account. $386 for the bill plus some $100 fee of there own. Now everything I have read on here and elsewhere has led me to believe that this is very illegal. Am I wrong here? I was under the impression that SOL on medical was 7 years in NJ? Today I phoned them and said they were way beyond the SOL and if they made me fight this there would also be a lawsuit to follow. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this happening? And what should the next step I take be? She is a single unemployed mother of Two, and this bill is from when she was 19.

She needs to get the judgement vacated.She can check for legal aid if she has no money.
