Question 1st Validation response back; What now?

Boy, that was fast. This CA sent 2 patient ledgers. One for a medical procedure...one for the Dr. Curiously, the Med Center billed me for $300 higher than what the ledger shows. Anyway, what should I do now, PFD the CA or OC or what?

By-the-way, I didn't know until today (read an old thread) not to sign validation letters to CAs; so, every CA I sent validation letters to got my signature.

Thanks for your response!

Question Now we're rollin'. What Now?

Got my 2nd validantion response from CA today. However, all they did was send me copies of computer screen shots dated 7/20/09 (the date the CMRR was accepted) that show that I had an account with the OC at one time. They also show a computer screen shot of statement fee dates with amounts on 9/13/2005 and 9/28/2005.

This was for a merchant account I had to be able to accept credit card payments. When I closed my business (prior to those dates) I called and canceled my business with them but, they billed me for another cycle after that.

What they say in their letter is "enclosed is a copy of the document provided by (OC) that substantiates our transmission to the credit reporting agencies.

The fees really are nominal. What should I do now?
