CA still trying to collect....

Hi, I need 2 letters. I know I seen 0ne of the letters somewhere but I cant find it. Ever since I ordered my CR's, the CA's from old debts keep sending me letters to pay. I have 2 DV letters out right now, & Im waiting for the response. I'll explain the situation & maybe someone can direct me to the correct letter. I have an old medical bill that is on my CR. It's the most current negative account on my CR & it's from last year(3/08). I researched all the info & I have proof that I had medical insurance until 4/1/08 so that bill should have been covered. I spoke to the health care provider & they agreed, but how can I get this off my CR immediately? I dont send anything to the CA?, right? What letter do I send to OC?

2nd letter I need. I keep getting a letter from a CA trying to collect on a debt that is not on my CR. I think it was from 2000. Ive never heard of the CA either. Im not even sure of the OC. I dont want to send the wrong person the letter & wake up something bad. Who & what letter do I send in this situation? Thank you. Still no word from the courts about their verification process. Idiots!!

On #2 it's from 2001 and sol.I'd send them a foad letter.Or a c&d letter.
