 CA verified with CRA before the validated...
Hi Guys, I sent DV's to 2 different CA'S and then disputed with the CRA's, The 1-2 punch... However the CRA's verified with the CA's on both accounts before the CA validated with me. This is violation no..? I have even sent a DV2 and final DV3 letter to the CA's but nothing. Whats the next step....?  |

The next step I would take is see if they are a member of ACA international and then file an ethics complaint. Tell them you want to try and resolve this issue without filing a lawsuit first. You will have to explain the situation, send them copies of the CMRR cards and CRs ......everything that you have. ACA will FORCE them to respond.
