I sent validation letters, and the debt was never validated. I got a call today, about 60 days after the letters were sent. The guy was really rude and hung up on me. Please let me know what I should do from here. Thanks, JR |

Yep, you need to keep a good paper trail on these guys. You've already got them on violation #1. Send them this DV2 letter (CMRR).......and like jj said, take a picture of your caller id because proof that they called along with proof that you sent them a DV letter (CM# and RR card) will be proof that they violated the FDCPA.
