 Medical Bills/Collections
How much do I have to owe for medical bills so that collections would take me to the court? I owe only $270. But I dont think I should pay because doctor saw me for 5 min and told me to see another doctor. Company that trying to bill me wouldnt send me itemized bill. Thats why I think they wrong because no physician 5 min time costs almost $300. No tests were performed.

Collections departments can take you to court for any amount of a bill. They don't really concern themselves with the cost, as if they win, you will be liable for court costs as well. You'd be best advised to try and work out some payment arrangement with them so that it doesn't effect your credit.
