Default Lawyer to remove a charge on credit report

Does anyone know a lawyer who removes charges from credit report. A friend of mine from work has Student Loan and she cannot pay it which is spoiling her credit history.

She has home mortagage and car mortagages which are very high too.

Thanks

I don't know of any lawyer that can do that. If you want, you can look in our admin's (chane's) siggy for the top CROs...
Just FYI, a student loan can be VERY difficult to remove from a credit report. Especially one reporting negatively.

And....I'm confused...... what do you mean by "very high"?

Thanks Trish i will let me friend know about it.

Very high means....$335K in mortgages and car loans. Her student loan was $12,000 but she didn't pay for almost 15 years now so now it is $80,000.00

So.....are the mortgage/car loans charge offs?

The thing with student loans is that they have no statute of limitations.......meaning it can be collected on indefinitely and she can be sued. She needs to be very careful about disputing that one or she could wake a sleeping giant.
