Default Request to dismiss civil hearing

Would anyone know where I could find a good web site on how to write to request a court to drop a civil suit? I know I found one at some point in time, but can't seem to locate it. I would like to request the court to dismiss the case since the collections co. has failed to validate any info.....It's worth a try any way you look at it. I'm in PA.

Thanks I don't suppose you have the web site address for the PA one do you??????? We are so far behind the times......
New Jersey has an excellant one. You can fill the paper work out on it and then print it.

I guess I can get it at the courthouse, but that is 25 miles away. Thanks again and sorry for being a pain.........

What is the reason for this??????????????? The prejudice part. Can't I just request a motion of judgement or is it because they will say there are issues?????????

You don't have to because it make's it harder for them to refile.normally when you get a dismissal you ask for that after the judge rules in you favor
