I told the lady that I wanted to get the deletion in writing so she gave me her business address. I was actually considering sending out a DV. |

OK, I sent the hospital a debt validation letter on the second of July. However I have read somewhere that DV letters are only sent to collection agencies when the OC gives them the debt to collect. I really don't have much knowledge about this debt as I never heard from them and I possibly lost some memory from the injury. The CA doesn't seem to like me because they never call. So.... Should I wait for a response from the hospital? Or validate the debt with the CA. |

I would ask the hospital if they would remove it (if they are reporting it) if you pay it. Get it in writing.
