Hello, Hun I looked up all the rules. Rule 4006 (a) 1,2, and (b) rule 4009.12 (a) 1,2, (b) 1,2,3,4,5, (c), (d) all say they have to answer the questions in the space I provided for them or send copies of documents. I think if they don't answer I will motion to dismiss with prejudice. After all it is a court order they answer the interrogatories. I started to go through the paper work they sent from a long time ago and you wouldn't believe how many mistakes there are. Dates are incorrect as well as the account number which they reported to the CRA's is wrong. If I ask the CRA's to validate this alleged debt will that stop the hearing?
