Getting Collections Removed

If you get a collection removed, how is it able to be placed on your credit report again? I was informed that once it is deleted, that's it.

A bit more info like how the collection was exactly removed would allow us to give a more informative answer.

Can't confirm whether what someone informed you is true or not unless we know the circumstances behind the removal of the collection account.
