Hello Marcos, I suggest for you to go to your local bank. You would probably need to do a "Business Portfolio"; you can search about this on-line. You can also go to nolo.com; which they have legal books how "How To's" they are excellent. They also have these same books in Barnes and Noble or any other book store. Most of the time, your local bank will want to give you a loan for your new Business. You can also call the County Clerk; they can probably direct you to Agencies that help you with your Business Portfolio and they would probably want to sponsor your new Business. Good Luck to you.
