What was your worst experience with a bill

i worked for one, horrible experience

They keep calling at all hours of the day and weekends.

One time a bill collector called me and asked if I had bought xmas gifts for my child. When I said I had, she said "Why are you buying xmas gifts when you cant pay your bills?" I totally went off on that B#&!@R%. Sorry, my kid is going to have xmas. The rest of you fools can get in line.

When I was pregnant with my son, a bill collector outright called me stupid and got mad when I told him no one in my family had the money to help me pay my bills.(WHY do they ask that anyway? "Do you know anyone who can help you make payments?" WTF? COME ON!)Ever since then, I'm not home when I answer the phone and it's a bill collector. I'm the baby sitter, and I "take the number down."

I answered the phone at my grandmother's and it was a bill collector. The woman was unusually hateful. I told her my grandmother was sick and could not answer the phone and the woman went ballistic. She said she was turning the account over to the fraud department and I would be hearing from the police the next day. It scared me to death. We never heard from the police department and this happened several years ago.

The fact that they lie to try and get money out of you when you have none to give! I hate them all together! They get so nosey and it's all really none of their business! My cousin works for a Check and Pay kinda business in the collection department and she gets people giving her crazy threats! She's had to move several times!

The p*icks filled a lawsuit against me and the cop knocked on my door to hand me the papers. I was making monthly payments but apparently it wasn't enough. It was a doctor bill (I didn't have insurance) and I had got it down to $800. They are heartless. Maybe when they or one of their children get sick and they don't have any money or insurance someone will call them everyday and harass them.

I went through a bad time financally a couple of years ago and the b@st@rds called me at work, home and on my cell. I told them when they were calling me at home they were bothering my elderly mother not me because I was at work. They even called at 8:00 on a Sunday morning once. Thank God that's over!!
