When you don't even owe the bill? She says she is with a law firm and won't shut up long enough to hear what you say to her and swears she will call every day until she gets the money.She called a month ago claiming $ due to one store and now is claiming $$$ due to a store that we simply would never buy from. No mail, no bills, just this aggressive woman caller. Ever?

Email the attorney general, after that i promise she will stop calling you.

Ask her for the spelling of her name, company & phone number. Then ask permission to record the phone conversation, then tell her she is calling the wrong number and if she disagrees then ask to send the proof or account information that indicates that you owe any money. Tell her to stop calling you or you will take legal action for her harassment.
