How long does it take to have a charged off bill removed from your credit report once it paid in full?

The account is still negative and will stay on your credit report for 7 years from the day of last activity...unless you are able to dispute it or have it removed otherwise.

if it contained negative info,like late payments and such it will stay on..i have stoff over 7 yrs old still showing on mine,like my car loan from 1992..it just is listed there and says account paid in full and account closed
