Need assistance

Okay so I have sent out my letters to the CA's and now i'm in the middle of writing my dispute letters to the big 3 however, i'm lost in what to say. I have to get the addresses removed because I don't live at any of them anymore, I also need to get names removed because they aren't my legal name and I need to get the big 3 to ask for validation from the CA's about the account. Therefore I have a lot to do in 1 letter, can anyone help me with this. i have read the samples and it still don't help me with what I need to do.

My legal name is (Legal name) and I don’t use (insert short names) or any other variations of my name besides my first Middle initial and last name. Therefore any of the ones listed that are not with this prefix should be removed.

It seems a little too verbatim of one of the letters from the main site. You may want to consider revising it so it works specifically to your own situation.

I used a template from one of the ones on the main page but I wrote everything in myself besides the credit line and the the account names and numbers. LMAO. other then that I did my own saying on the top about address and names.

I like the template in this thread the most...I think it covers everything well, and just need to fill in the necessary numbers and names.
