 BK and buying a home
My GF(fiance soon) and I are looking at buying a house together. would like to do so in 6 months to a year. I filled ch13 in 07. dismissal in 2012. whats the best way for us to apply for a loan? I have the higher income but poor credit, she has a lower income with great credit(700ish). is it better to just let her try or us together? Thanks -Scott  |
