 Disputing Items in Bankruptcy
filed bk in 07 .. now tried to fix my credit by disputing things in my bankruptcy. 3-3-2010. now saxon mort sending me verification letter asking me for police report and copy of my drivers liscense.

Can u expand a little more on this? Verification of what? Police report for what? Are u saying that Saxon was one of your items included in BK and now u are disputing it and the response you got was for a drivers license and police report? Doesn't make sense? What did your dispute say and to whom did u dispute? To the Bureau or to Saxon?? I think a piece of the puzzle is missing here.
