Default Do they pull your DMV records when you file chapter 7?

Do they pull your DMV records when you file chapter 7? I hired an attorney last week but I forgot to mention that my husband tranfered his two old trucks for a newer one... Please help !!!!

Have you already filed if not or even if you had you can ask him about it.He no longer owns the trucks?So that would be listed on the bk your allowed to keep a vehicle after all he can't walk to work.If you haven't filed bk before its kind of scary but when you go to court your in there about 10 minutes,and unless you tried to hide assests it's over you go once and 90 days later its discharged.hang loose better days are ahead.

Talk with your attorney,but i don't see any problems unless you sold it to a friend or a family member,and don't tell them their going to sell it back to you after the court case.
