Exclamation Bk reporting

Trish just for your info I just got off the phone with the bk court in Boise and they verified my bk over the phone. And i asked if anybody could call and ask by phone. She said "as long as they have a SS# or the docket number, they can verified over the phone".This was before the fight broke out when she said "thats my policy"So i said so even a homeless person could get my information. And she said thats my policy.

The world makes a BIG deal about watching your personal info, shredding info with your ssn, credit card numbers, etc. When the big problem is comming from the court and county offices. You go in there and can find out anything about anybody.

But here's the kicker if you are a judge, congressman etc.You can have your info withheld from the public they have there own system in the credit agencies bet most people don't know that.We should be able to secure our info so that only people who need to have it do.I'm mad as hell and at my age i can't fight anymore,so I'm using the only weapon i have left.I just drank a whole bottle on laxative and I'm on my way to the courthouse. So watch the 5:00 news.

That is crazy and sure doesn't seem right. I haven't seen you on the nation-wide news. (yet.) Let us know how it went if you did go to the courthouse. And how can we protect our information?? I guess we have "no rights" anymore. Did we ever? I wonder.

I only got as far as the gas station.LOL.Here's my point i called the courthouse in Boise, the courtroom i was in was in pocatello so i was planning on calling the other courthouse. So far its still with TU,who wants more info,my contention is they have all the information they need through Pacer. So that's why i stand right now.

You need to contact your bk attorney.Remmber the stay is in effect.Their in clear violation.Or you can write them and threaten them with a motion for contempt, unless they want to settle out of court.Case law Goodman vs discover. In most cases your looking at $5,000 to $10,000.Go at them. They can not report post bk if it wasn't on it pre bk.

You might have to deal with it.If it was opened after bk,then unless you find errors it will be hard to fight.try disputing it.

Okay, on the subject of removing a Chapter 7 Bankrutpcy from your credit report. Mine was discharged nearly seven years ago and most of the accounts included have recently fallen off my credit reports. I just got notice of this yesterday through my quarterly update on my one credit report. This was after my divorce and before I got remarried. I did a general search online and it wasn't listed under my previous name or address. I believe it's listed under my newer married name and address. I wasn't going to pay the fee for the public records online so I have established a Pacer account. I'm just waiting on my registration information in the mail. Could I dispute the bankruptcy with the fact that I filed under my previous name and address? Or am I just grabbing at straws here?
