I did a general search online and it wasn't listed under my previous name or address. I believe it's listed under my newer married name and address. I wasn't going to pay the fee for the public records online so I have established a Pacer account. I'm just waiting on my registration information in the mail. Could I dispute the bankruptcy with the fact that I filed under my previous name and address? Or am I just grabbing at straws here?
In a recent dispute to tu on mine,i got a letter back stating that they need more info on me.They wanted a copy of my sch f.I'm not going to comply as they have all that info they need via pacer. You have to comb through the bk info and find an error like wrong amounts from creditors etc.You could try but remember you did file under that name,so you would be disputing a truth,so i would say that it's an iffy question!

Thanks for the advice! I will have to go through with a fine tooth comb once I can view on pacer..... Hey, the seven years have gone by pretty quick so I guess I can live with another three...... In the meantime, I'm just doing more reading on the site and learning quite a bit...
