2 Questions on BK

Thanks for the response. I did not send EQ a letter yet, I am trying to get the proper wording for it. On TU I sent them a letter saying since you did not verify as per FCRA I want these TL deleted I also included a previous copy of my CR along with the results page showing they did nothing. We shall see what happens.

Oh BTW the BK court said they can verify online but they do not report and I think that is the angle to get EQ on since they arre stating reported 4/10/2009.

OK go through your bk completely scf f and anything else find an error,that's what you dispute if the amounts charged off don't match the last statement you received from the creditor.You have to find human errors because they can't get it 100%.look through it again and again,you'll find something wrong.
