BK is a challenge to get removed

Yes, I've disputed acts inc. in b/k. I think most are reporting ok - some were deleted. But, many were not. There are several past mortgage / loans ones that remain and continue to be verified. ACTUALLY, remember my other post, that utility company - I think that is incorrect and was inc in b/k (though I'm not positive if it was a b/k item or not?? - then what?) anyway, that still reports a balance and then just NOW it was transferred to a collect. agency and being reported again. Again, dang - I'm not for sure on that account either.

All I know is that the more I dispute - the worse it seems to be getting lately!I don't know what is going on.

Improving your in it for the long run you will have setbacks maybe for awhile but it will turn around,we've all had set backs.

Thanks- I'm running out of patience and time for set backs. It's horrible. We need to re-finance soon and if our credit is getting worse, we risk losing it all.
