No! Chilid Support, Student Loans, and back taxes, (Federal, state and local) cannot be eliminated through filing bankruptcy. However, (I'm assume that you're either divorced or otherwised estranged from your ex), make sure that you include your ex(s) as creditors ~ otherwise ~ if your shared joint accounts, and the real creditors come after them ~ they can come after you!
