It is possible. The disputing process is very similar to disputing judgments. You would just need to modify the letter to fit your situation. Hope that helps |

Trish, you are correct...the only thing that you can dispute is if there was an account that was suppose to have been included in the BK and that is all. As far as a credit bureau removing a bankruptcy that is actually yours and all infomation being correct, it is not going to come off your credit...but you can dispute if you choose. |
