 Chapter 13 Bankruptcy & autos?
Can you file for a ch 13 and get two car debts discharged?1- Bought car w/ bf and he took it, didn't pay it, and it got repo'd.2-Same situation, it just hasn't been repo'd yet.Would they be discharged in her name but still exist in his?

I have done some research on filing Bankruptcy and if the loan is in both names then he would still be liable for the debt. The debts however do take some time to be removed from your credit report.
