I think that when you declare bankruptcy, all your bills are cleared. So you wont get your money, unless you do it out of court.

yes indeed you can all you have to do is go to the court and ask them fopr the muni court small claims court documents packet and you can file a claim against him and then they will file the papers and you can have the marshell serve him too and they will make him go to court and you can get you money back i know cause thats what i did and i won and thank god for small claims court hope this helps and the packet cost only $2.50 and ask them for a waiver form too most of the time if you dont have alote of income they will wave the court cost and the marshell cost to serve him too as thats what i did and it will work for you too...............

probably not .... but if your claim is for personal injury incurred on account of the bankruptcy debtor being intoxicated while driving, it should not have been dischargedalso, if the debtor did not list you as a creditor the obligation to you should not have been dischargedThere are also some other exceptions to discharge, but there is also the question of whether your renewed claim would be timely at this point ... there is no way to answer any of this on the facts you've given hereYou should ask a lawyer where you live to review this ... but it all likely is a longshot
