(Chapter 7) stay on your credit report? I think it's either 7 or 10 years. Which is it? And after that time how do you get it removed?

7 years from the date of the final deree. also note that government debt is not protected by bankruptcy law. you still owe taxes and student loans

7 years. Also you will get lots of credit offers for people with bankrupsy. You dont have to do anything it should just come off.

7 years to life especially if they ask you if you ever had bankruptcy. On the bottom of credit report it always is there.
