Default My friend married someone that is not a US...
...Citizen so she could live in US and now she has filed bankruptcy.? They had a "deal," which has has not fulfilled. Additionally, she has now filed Bankruptcy without telling my friend. Will her filing affect his personal credit? He wants to report her to Immigration but is afraid if he reports this, he will get in trouble. He was never paid any money/goods for this arranged marriage. Please advise. Thanks

You should advise your friend to consult a reputable lawyer who specializes in immigration law.

Default Oh my god, Thats a fraud!!!
I study immigration law, the US citizen will face prison for up to 10 years, the alien will be deported with a life ban (other words never will be able to come to the United States )
