filing, can i still apply for a personal loan?

Certainly... and abslolutely you can apply for a personal loan... but getting one granted to you... that is a whole different matter.

As an undischarged bankrupt, it is highly unlikely that you will get a loan. The bankruptcy will be noted on your credit report.

Yes you can apply, but unfortunately, I don't think you Will be approved. You are filing bankruptcy because of your inability to pay your bills due to your personal circumstances. You more than likely have bad credit already so you will not be approved.
