Can I start looking for a new job
...actively after filing Bankruptcy? I will be filing for BK very soon because i got sick and ended up homeless (long story) right out of college and was never able to get a job before my accounts went into collections, now i cant get a job because i need one so badly. I am living with family and have no income or assets so fee wavers and chapter 7 is my direction but will i be able to get a job after this is over??

You should be able to get a job after filing bankruptcy. There are many employers that pull your credit report nowadays, but there are still many that do not.
If I were you I would try to get a job as soon as possible and start working on your credit asap. Good Luck!
