Can you file bankruptcy on Doctor bills?

I up to my ears in debt because of doctor bills, that is the only thing ruining my credit.

My neighbor did. SO I would say yes.Talk to a lawyer they should be able to help you better.

Yes you can declare medical bills on a bankruptcy.

ya I believe that's the #1 thing forcing people into bankruptcy these days.Actually if they don't get wiped out by declaring bankruptcy commit a crime. Take out thousands and thousands of dollars of credit out, pay your medical bills then declare bankruptcy you'll prob end up better off.... Man that's F'd up that the system has gotten so bad.
