You must have your attorney submit a Motion to borrow to the court outlining the terms of the loan. Otherwise no institutions can legally loan you money nor will they. And if you did keep your bankrupt status from them, then that would be fraudulent on your part. Most reputable businesses are gonna do a credit check anyways and the bankruptcy will show up. If your plan isn't 100% then it's a whole different ballgame. It's best to talk to your attorney.The motion and order aren't a big deal, just a matter of waiting.
