only if you are a cosigner on any of the accounts that are in the bankruptcy. If not then it will not effect you at all.

It will effect you because even though you are separated you are still legally married. Meaning all of the fiances are still considered joint. Get a divorce.

It damn sure could...call one of those credit counseling agencies and ask them what to do. You may need to contact an attorney.Good luck!
