Default mortgage co. that deal with low credit

scores/bankruptcy? I need to refinance and have a low credit score and have filed bankruptcy last year. Any mortgage companies out there that are legit and willling to help someone who's reshaping their credit?

I think hard money would do it, if you have a lot of equity.
