I don't know for sure, but the concern for your employer would be a perception that you are not able to handle your finances and might be more susceptible to accepting criminal behavior that involves cheating the casino. Since they have already hired you, I assume that they have done the complete background check already (including a credit check). It seems possible that the pit bosses and the security people may be instructed to keep an eye on you for a while, but I would expect that to decrease as their trust increases.Good luck.
