Default If a mature student at Uni applies for

bankruptcy (UK), will it affect being able to receive student loans? If already at Uni but in 1st year of a 3 year course, what will happen if they apply for bankruptcy. Would they have to leave the course as it is on the basis of receiving a student loan.

Lots of people think that once they’ve filed for bankruptcy they will be unable to ever get a loan again, and ultimately they are unable to do anything financial ever again. This isn’t always true, there arewill help to improve your credit history in a number of different ways.
