attornies on here from FLA? I have a detailed question to ask. I am in financial ruin due to recieviing no child support for 7 months and am currently seeking the assistance of the State Of Fla Child Support Enforcement but they are telling me it's going to be Christmas before I can get a court date. This has been going on since May of this year. I have kept my nose above water for this time and now I am sinking I have contacted all of the credit counselors available including the United Way and because I have secured debt they can not assist me I only have 4,000 dollars of unsecured credit card debt. So since I have no chance of receiving help from credit counseling am I absolved from the mandated 6 months before filing bankruptcy? How does this work? And where can I find an Attorney at a very resasonable rate?
