 can any one tell me why my credit report is so wrong....
...And why my bankruptcy is a civil suite? I divorced 03 2003 and my ex filed bankruptcy divorce and all the accounts in my name are in collections and I should be able to bring lawsuite against my ex wife and the lawyer and all companys that shared my information without my permission

you posed the questions like you had nothing to do with it and it isnt your fault....you screwed up somewhere along the line, obviously more than once since you ot a divorce, and now you have to live with the consequences....stop whining about it and acting like the victim...you got yourself into this mess, so fix it....#1 - start paying cash for things, dont get loans or credit cards, this will help you fix your credit and shows to whoever helps you that you REALLY mean it...your credit score doesnt mean jack if your lifestyle hasnt changed
