If you think you are being discriminated against because of your finacial situation, file a complaint with what ever board or branch of government that handles fair job and hiring practices. You have not mentioned where you are and what type of work you have been applying for.Good Luck

Not all jobs require a clean credit history. Most will require a better grasp of English than your question demonstrates. "U" for "You" will not do. How you dress and how much metal you have on you may also affect your being hired. Ask an older person to evaluate how you appear to a potential employer. You can file bankruptcy. It does not sound like you would have a problem with Chapter 7, but it may not be advisable if you don't owe too much and are just getting into the job market. You may have to shop around to find a lawyer you can afford. You may qualify for waiver of the filing fee ($299) and the fee for the credit counseling (usually $45-50).

I have horrible credit and I still have no trouble getting jobs. I guess it depends what field you are in. Also, filing for bankruptcy will not fix your credit, but at least you won't have any more debt.
