 If my vehicle was included in Chapter 7 bankruptcy, can
I give it back to the bank with no penalties? I bought a new car and understand that by law, I can return my car to the bank through which the loan is taken out through, without penalty, because my car was included in my bankruptcy about two years ago (even though I've still been making payments on it after the bankruptcy). Is this correct?

I would say no because it wasn't discharged if you kept it and kept making payments I would call your bankruptcy attorney and ask him/her
|
