It depends....I'm assuming you were dismissed on the Chapter 13 and the plan was not completed. And that your question is whether you can refile. There are situations which allow you to refile - especially if your situation has changed. The new law does make it more difficult if you were in a Bankruptcy within the prior year, but it doesn't mean it is impossible. Consult a local attorney and he will be able to advise you on your specific situation.
