Default A friend is currently in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

If he dismisses his case before discharge.? Will his Bankruptcy filling still go on his credit report? Will it stay there for 10 years?

only the judge can dismiss the case, he can pay his debts to dismiss his charges.

I have seen dismissed bankruptcy's on credit reports before. So i would say yes, it could still show up even though it didn't get "approved"
