 Selling my leased car. What is the best way?
Im selling my lease to someone. It takes 5 to 7 days to get the pink slip. I send the money to Honda Financial Services to get the pink. What is the best way to do this? Should I have them give me the money and then I pay Honda? Should I have them pay Honda and then Honda sends me back the extra money? When should I give them the car? When the pink comes back or when they write the check? Are there papers at the DMV to release the car to them and the liability before the pink slip is transfered? I live in California.

you sould get the check and copy it so you have a copy of it just in case somethng happens and make sure you have them write out what it is for in the description then you mail it out to honda this way you know it is done right
