Is credit enough to get a car?

As of today, my scores are -
TX - 728
EQ - 693
EX - 656

I have 2 30-day late payment history for two different credit cards.

Will I be able to get a car loan?
If the interest rate is high, can I negotiate with the credit union?

Im no expert, but I dont see why you would't be able to.Im sure you will have to put some money down,but you should not have a problem.I have had car loans b4 with much lower scores.
